ROCK-YER-BLOCK was founded in 2015 by 8 year old Adelaide Punkin Datzuk to bring musicians together to raise awareness for brain injury survivors.
A MESSAGE FROM OUR FOUNDER ABOUT PUNKINSTOCK 2017
Hi! I'm Adelaide Punkin Datzuk and it's time for Punkinstock!
Every year, with my parents' help, I put together a birthday concert to raise money to help people. Instead of a party with presents, I host the Punkinstock concert!
At the first Punkinstock Birthday Concert we sold tickets instead of asking for presents and then donated the money to charities supporting Brain Injury Awareness.
The 3rd Annual Punkinstock Concert is going to be held September 30, 2017 from 6 to 9pm at Larson’s Garden Center located at 26 Covey Rd., Burlington, CT.
This year Punkinstock will be welcoming to the stage Elizabeth Kelly, Angelica Lucero Padua, Mariah Roberto, Melanie Michaud, Eric Paradine and special guest, Kate Callahan.
My dad works with people living with traumatic and acquired brain injuries. This gave me the idea to start Rock Yer Block: Bringing musicians together for brain injury awareness.
Money raised from the ticket sales will go to Rock Yer Block and the ABI TBI community.
I'm asking everyone to help me celebrate my birthday, but instead of spending 5 dollars on a gift like fidget cubes and spinners, I'm asking that you buy a ticket for Punkinstock- and help me help others.
